Senior Business Development Manager – International Student Recruitment

About the role

The Senior Business Development Manager for International Student Recruitment will lead all recruitment, business development, account management and marketing activities for B2B channels. You will work closely with Company Directors to shape B2B strategies and promote international student enrolment for one of GUS’s universities or colleges across Europe, North America or Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee student recruitment, business development, account management and B2B marketing events across the assigned region.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop B2B channels and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Represent a GUS university or college in international markets, building relationships with agents and partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international student recruitment for higher education.
• Established network of education agents and strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of industry trends to support strategic planning and forecasting.
• Track record of generating new revenue from existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
• Highly motivated, confident presenter able to deliver workshops, conferences and on‑camera presentations.
