Senior Community Manager – Brazil Market

About the role

Chronos Consulting is looking for a dynamic Senior Community Manager to lead and grow online communities for a leading international digital entertainment and technology group in Brazil. You will be the primary liaison between the brand and its audience, driving engagement across multiple social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and interact with users on Instagram, X, TikTok, Telegram, and YouTube.
• Respond to comments, messages, and community queries promptly and professionally.
• Build strong relationships with the community to foster loyalty.
• Monitor social sentiment, flagging and escalating reputation‑threatening issues.
• Identify local trends, memes, and viral opportunities relevant to the target audience.
• Collaborate with Branding, CRM, and Content teams to launch social activations and campaigns.
• Support influencer outreach and community‑based promotions.
• Maintain SOPs, track performance metrics, and ensure compliance with brand tone and regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of documented experience in Social Media, Community Management, or Digital Marketing.
• Deep understanding of Brazilian social media ecosystems and user behavior.
• Proven ability to moderate communities, defend online reputation, and run social campaigns.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to handle fast‑paced and sensitive topics.
• Professional English proficiency for cross‑border collaboration.
