Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will ensure product, campaign and commercial activations run smoothly within adidas' digital environment. You will act as the central hub for information, coordinating with multiple internal teams to guarantee that catalogues, pricing, images and assets are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collect CTCs and regional inputs, collaborate with the e‑commerce in‑season team to build a comprehensive digital activation plan.
• Manage the 52‑week digital activation calendar, aligning key product and campaign moments with stakeholder deadlines.
• Serve as the bridge between strategic planning and operational execution, ensuring all digital CRM communications are approved before release.
• Prepare and present performance reports covering best‑sellers, stock, markdowns, campaign results and article‑level metrics.
• Brief agencies, review and approve content, and coordinate third‑party assets for local clubs.
• Work with Masterdata and MOPs teams to maximise article availability on e‑commerce platforms.
• Support testing of new features and maintain online article reporting.

Required profile

• Comfortable working in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end digital processes.
• Passion for product and brand.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a willingness to create new processes.
