Senior Experience Strategist

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Experience Strategist to shape how people, products and AI agents work together across its Solutions & Builder ecosystem. The role blends strategy, design and technology to create scalable, high‑quality experiences that drive adoption and business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business, user and technical needs into clear experience strategies, frameworks and actionable systems.
• Design and lead research and discovery to understand global Solutions & Builder teams, turning insights into scalable experiences.
• Build trusted partnerships across Design, Demo Tech, Product, SE leaders and Builder communities to align teams around shared goals.
• Champion new tools and ways of working, define adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in experience strategy, service design, UX or product strategy.
• Proven ability to turn complex problems into clear, scalable frameworks.
• Strong research, synthesis and systems‑thinking capabilities.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Experience thriving in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
