UI/UX Designer for AI‑enabled Demo Experiences

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a UI/UX Designer to create high‑quality interactive demo experiences that help Solutions Engineers and Sales teams communicate product value. The role works remotely for Brazil or Argentina and spans the full design process from discovery to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute interactive demo experiences, self‑service assets, and visual materials such as executive presentations and Slack canvases.
• Translate complex product capabilities, business logic, and human + AI workflows into clean UI designs, wireframes, and interactive Figma prototypes.
• Apply design thinking, ensure accessibility (WCAG), and iterate based on usage data and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with Experience Strategists, Product Managers, and Engineering teams, providing clear handoff documentation and UX copy recommendations.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showing end‑to‑end design thinking and interactive prototyping.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments and partner effectively with developers and product managers.
• Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and human + AI interaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma (component libraries, auto‑layout, design system alignment, interactive prototyping).
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, or Runway.
• Motion design or video editing using Adobe After Effects or Premiere.
• Knowledge of UX writing and product storytelling.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce platform.
