Senior IT Communications Assistant

About the role

Bosch is looking for a Senior IT Communications Assistant to develop and execute internal communication strategies that boost employee engagement and ensure consistent messaging across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and launch internal communication campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Create compelling content for newsletters, announcements, presentations, intranet pages and multimedia materials.
• Manage and continuously improve internal communication channels, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
• Maintain distribution lists and communication tools for timely, targeted outreach.
• Coordinate internal events, campaigns and employee‑engagement initiatives from concept to execution.
• Partner with local and international stakeholders to align communication initiatives with organizational change.
• Monitor effectiveness of communications and propose improvements to processes and reach.
• Ensure consistency of messaging, branding and tone of voice across all internal touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Design or a related field.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Proven experience in internal or corporate communications, employee engagement or a related area.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills in an international environment.
