Influencer Program Lead - LATAM

About the role

OpenAI is looking for an experienced, hands‑on Influencer Program Lead to own influencer marketing across Brazil and Spanish‑speaking LATAM. You will shape strategy, select creators, brief content and measure impact, while also managing the marketing side of partnerships to connect partner audiences with clear product value.

Key responsibilities

• Own the influencer strategy and program calendar for Brazil and Spanish‑speaking LATAM, defining objectives, creator roles and a mix of always‑on education and campaign activity.
• Select, brief and manage creators and agencies, ensuring audience fit, credibility, content quality and cultural relevance.
• Translate product features and AI capabilities into clear creator briefs, demonstrations and content with accurate expectations.
• Lead creator operations including scopes, budgets, timelines, content review, usage rights and delivery tracking.
• Own partnership marketing plans, shaping co‑marketing narratives, coordinating creative assets and channel activation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading marketing programs from strategy through execution, with deep knowledge of creator ecosystems in LATAM.
• Strong local market insight and an insight‑first approach to creator fit, content quality and cultural relevance.
• Excellent product storytelling ability and genuine curiosity about AI tools.
• Experience managing the marketing side of partnerships, including audience‑specific messaging and cross‑functional delivery.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English with the ability to collaborate across local, regional and global teams.
