Senior Live Experience Producer

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Senior Live Experience Producer to join its Fever Originals team in Sao Paulo. The role supports the Executive Producer and Project Manager in all aspects of production, acting as the point of contact for third parties involved in the execution, development and production of creative deliverables. It suits someone with a proven track record in live event production and experiential marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of event production, from pre-production logistics and vendor selection to onsite execution and post-event wrap-up
• Create production timelines and keep teams on schedule
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders on event deliverables
• Take part in marketing brainstorming and creative ideation, bringing an on-the-ground perspective
• Manage multiple productions and help scale Fever Original IPs against team targets
• Manage budgets of different scales
• Research new vendors, technologies and experiences, and handle venue research and booking
• Secure event permits and meet insurance requirements
• Handle administrative duties such as expense reports, invoicing and contracts with the legal department
• Travel domestically and internationally, and work across time zones

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the event production industry
• Track record of successfully produced events, with strong data analysis, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong network of vendors and venues, and understanding of technical production requirements
• Native Portuguese and fluent English; other languages are a plus

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of fabrication processes and familiarity with permitting processes
• Ability to communicate with partners, brands, agencies and talent
• Strategic thinking on events partnerships and use of proprietary data
• Plus: knowledge of Facebook and Instagram promotional tools, and experience in virtual events
