Senior Manager – Power & Utilities Transformation (São Paulo)

About the role

As a Senior Manager at consultdss, you will spearhead large‑scale transformation programmes for Power & Utilities clients across Brazil. You will combine business development, project delivery and strategic advisory to help organisations improve safety, operational performance and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consulting teams and manage end‑to‑end delivery of complex transformation programmes.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C‑level executives, acting as a strategic advisor.
• Identify operational challenges, design high‑impact improvement solutions and ensure quality execution.
• Drive business development activities, including prospecting, proposal creation and closing new opportunities.
• Expand existing client relationships by uncovering additional needs and supporting long‑term partnerships.
• Engage stakeholders at executive and operational levels to secure successful implementation.
• Anticipate risks, implement proactive mitigation measures and uphold strong governance.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading consulting engagements in the Power & Utilities sector.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi‑disciplinary teams and deliver measurable results.
• Strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.
