Senior Paid Social Specialist

About the role

Darkroom is seeking a Senior Paid Social Specialist to lead performance‑driven campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and CTV. You will own the full lifecycle of high‑spend paid‑social accounts, collaborating with creative, brand and analytics teams to scale U.S. brands.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute paid‑social strategies that drive brand visibility, user acquisition and lead generation.
• Manage 5‑10 paid‑media accounts with monthly spends ranging from $80K to $3M, optimizing performance and scaling budgets.
• Conduct brand, website and competitive audits to uncover creative and targeting opportunities.
• Utilize platform ad managers, third‑party reporting tools and AI to generate insights, improve month‑over‑month revenue and solve attribution challenges.
• Make real‑time buying decisions across platforms based on KPI trends and market shifts.

Required profile

• 7+ years of paid‑media experience, primarily on Meta, with a proven record of high‑converting funnels.
• 5+ years managing paid‑social budgets of $400K+ monthly for consumer‑focused e‑commerce clients.
• Deep understanding of the e‑commerce marketing funnel and key performance metrics (CPA, CAC, iROAS, aMER, CTR, TSR, Hold Rate).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting spend and revenue.
