Senior Project Manager – SAP Projects & Farming

About the role

Infosys Brazil is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead SAP‑related projects within the farming domain. The role will oversee a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio health, including financial performance, scope, schedule, team capacity and risk exposure.
• Track project progress with leaders, enforce budget execution and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Guarantee delivery according to the approved project plan.
• Organise and facilitate remote monitoring meetings with cross‑functional teams.
• Establish clear communication channels for executives, stakeholders and project teams.
• Proactively resolve conflicts and manage crisis situations.
• Coordinate with client teams and external suppliers to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Senior‑level project manager with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Proven experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies (PMBOK, SCRUM, COBIT, PMP, Lean).
• Strong conflict‑resolution and crisis‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work closely with client representatives and third‑party vendors.
