Senior Research Manager – Managing Consulting

About the role

The Managing Consulting – Senior Research Manager will lead the Advisors Research Center, a new capability within Mastercard’s Data & Services team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality research products and strategic insights that help global clients drive measurable value. The position works closely with major retailers, airlines and other enterprises, applying data‑driven technologies to solve business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch new research products and strategies efficiently.
• Leverage Mastercard’s research assets to produce impactful outputs for clients.
• Provide key insights through secondary research and data analysis.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources into client‑ready presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in client calls to ensure research alignment.
• Support test‑and‑learn business experimentation initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience managing a variety of primary and secondary research projects.
• Hands‑on expertise in qualitative research, including guide design, in‑depth interviews and focus groups.
• Quantitative research skills from questionnaire design to statistical analysis.
• Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong business writing and communication skills for client‑facing deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to work in an agile, global team environment.
