Senior SEO Content Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO Content Strategist to lead organic growth for a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency platform in Brazil. You will own the end‑to‑end SEO strategy, turning complex financial topics into high‑performing content that drives qualified traffic and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive organic growth roadmap, including keyword research, competitive analysis and performance targets.
• Implement technical SEO improvements such as site architecture, crawlability, page‑speed, schema markup, internal linking and Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure new product launches follow SEO best practices.
• Manage SEO tools and reporting platforms (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights.
• Create and optimise content strategies for blogs, landing pages and educational resources.
• Write and edit accurate, engaging content that explains fintech and cryptocurrency topics while meeting compliance standards.
• Conduct content audits to refresh and consolidate existing assets.
• Lead digital PR initiatives, securing high‑authority media coverage through platforms such as HARO and Qwoted.
• Monitor backlink profile, domain authority and earned media impact to continuously refine SEO tactics.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of combined SEO and content marketing experience, preferably in fintech, cryptocurrency or other regulated financial services.
• Proven track record of increasing organic traffic, improving rankings and driving conversions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
