Senior ServiceNow Developer

About the role

Orbia is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer in São Paulo. The developer designs, develops and implements ServiceNow solutions for IT Operation Management (ITOM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Service Management (ITSM) and other business processes, working with stakeholders to configure workflows and optimise the platform for stability, security and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, restoring services on time.
• Analyse, troubleshoot and provide functional and technical resolution for issues across ServiceNow modules.
• Develop, configure and enhance reports, dashboards, applications, modules and workflows.
• Implement and maintain core capabilities such as SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Virtual Agent and Now Assist.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to turn requirements into solutions.
• Design and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and JavaScript scripting.
• Own end-to-end delivery of tasks and projects, from requirements to testing and deployment.
• Ensure platform security, compliance and adherence to IT governance policies.
• Provide technical support, end-user training and guidance, and work in an Agile delivery model.

Required profile

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments (mandatory).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud and on-premises applications.
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-HRSD and CIS-SPM certifications required.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping is a plus.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions; familiarity with SCRUM and Agile project management.

Required skills

• JavaScript, Angular, PowerShell, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs and HTML/CSS UI development.
• Scripting and workflow automation in ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ITOM, ITSM, SPM or other modules.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Virtual Agent, Now Assist and MID Server.
