Senior Site Activation Coordinator (North America Team)

About the role

iQVIA is looking for a Senior Site Activation Coordinator for its North America team. This is a home-based role performed under general supervision, at country or region level, covering site activation activities in line with local and international regulations, standard operating procedures, project requirements and budgetary guidelines. It may also include feasibility or maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform feasibility, site activation and some maintenance activities for assigned studies at investigative sites, working closely with the Site Activation Manager, the Project Management team and other departments
• Review documents for completeness, consistency and accuracy under the guidance of senior staff
• Prepare site documents and inform team members when regulatory, contractual and other documents are completed
• Distribute completed documents to sites and internal project team members
• Support the updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plans
• Track and follow up the progress, approval and execution of documents such as questionnaires, CDAs, regulatory and ethics documents, Informed Consent Forms and Investigator Packs

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
• 2 years' experience in a CRO or 4 years' experience in a site, with previous regulatory or site activation experience
• Advanced level of English, as the role involves contact with North American sites
