Senior Tax Analyst

About the role

Tetra Pak is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to lead the accurate calculation and compliance of Brazil's corporate income tax (IRPJ) and social contribution on net income (CSLL). Based in Monte Mor, São Paulo, you will ensure timely filing of ancillary obligations, reconcile tax and accounting bases, and support internal and external audits.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor controls for IRPJ and CSLL calculations, including current and deferred tax.
• Prepare and review ancillary filings such as ECD and ECF, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time submission.
• Perform reconciliations between tax and accounting bases and analyse the tax impact of accounting entries.
• Monitor changes in federal legislation, including Transfer Pricing rules, and assess their impact on the company.
• Support and respond to tax audits, notifications from the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service, and audit requests.
• Manage Tax Clearance Certificates (CNDs) and tax accounts.
• Advise internal stakeholders on correct tax treatment of transactions and prepare Transfer Pricing documentation.
• Identify tax risks and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
• Solid experience with direct taxes (IRPJ, CSLL) in Brazil.
• Advanced English communication skills; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, collaborative team player and ability to work independently.
