Senior Web Developer & Administrator

About the role

Trustly is looking for a Senior Web Developer & Administrator to act as the technical backbone for its global websites, especially the Help Center and Customer Support ecosystem. You will partner with Support, Product, and Marketing to create high‑impact digital assets that improve self‑service and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom pages, plugins, and templates following scalable code standards.
• Architect data flows between the website, back‑end support tools, and analytics platforms.
• Execute database queries, analyse results and recommend enhancements.
• Collaborate with Support Operations, UX, Marketing and technical teams to translate complex requirements.
• Prioritise a high‑volume request backlog based on business impact, ROI and strategic urgency.
• Own version control, lead release management and rigorous QA across the customer journey.
• Monitor performance metrics and proactively resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Long‑term thinking about website experience, scalability and the holistic customer journey.
• Excellent written and verbal English, able to explain technical concepts to all stakeholders.
• Proven ability to balance competing demands and align technical feasibility with user needs.
• Solid experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern layout techniques such as CSS Grid.
• Hands‑on experience with Webflow, Figma and Google Analytics.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of digital analytics and advanced data querying.
