SEO Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our SEO department for a digital marketing agency that serves home‑service businesses. The role requires a data‑driven leader who can own strategy, manage a team, and deliver measurable organic growth for painting contractor clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create, implement and continuously refine SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions.
• Test and adjust tactics based on performance data and analytics.
• Lead, mentor and delegate tasks to a team of SEO specialists, ensuring high‑quality, timely results.
• Use data‑driven metrics to assess performance, identify improvements and align SEO work with broader client marketing goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience managing SEO teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency, handling multiple client accounts.
• Familiarity with local SEO for service‑area businesses; home‑services experience is a plus.
• Availability to work 9 am‑5 pm EST and observe US holidays.
