Service Delivery Automation Architect

About the role

Rimini Street, a global provider of enterprise software support, products and services, is hiring a Service Delivery Automation Architect. The role identifies and enables automation solutions across enterprise Application Managed Services operations, embedded in Global Service Delivery Operations teams. It improves efficiency, quality and consistency by bringing practical automation into daily service and support workflows, working closely with regional and global teams to align automation to common standards and reusable patterns. The position is remote and open to candidates based anywhere in Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with service delivery teams to identify automation opportunities in operational and support processes.
• Analyse current delivery workflows and recommend automation solutions that reduce manual effort, improve consistency and lower operational risk.
• Design scalable automation frameworks integrating enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and ERP systems.
• Define automation designs using workflow automation APIs, scripting, AI and RPA where applicable.
• Lead automation backlog prioritisation and roadmap definition.
• Align automation initiatives with global standards and architectures while meeting regional delivery needs.
• Support consolidation of automation into a consistent global approach and prioritise initiatives by impact, feasibility and value.
• Guide Service Delivery Automation Engineers during implementation and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable and reusable.
• Establish automation governance, standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in service delivery automation process improvement or enterprise systems architecture.
• Strong experience analysing service operations or managed services workflows.
• Fluent Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Preferred: experience in global service delivery or managed services organisations, familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g. SAP), exposure to AI-assisted automation and close work with automation or engineering implementation teams.

Required skills

• Enterprise IT service management platforms such as ServiceNow.

• Ability to translate operational needs into practical automation designs, with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
