ServiceNow Senior Engineer

About the role

Orbia is hiring a full-time, 100% remote ServiceNow Senior Engineer based in Brazil. The engineer supports, develops and enhances ServiceNow solutions that improve business processes and user experiences, working with global stakeholders to resolve complex platform issues, build automation and contribute to the evolution of the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs
• Troubleshoot and provide functional and technical solutions across ServiceNow modules
• Develop enhancements, workflows, catalog items and platform configurations
• Support integrations and automation initiatives
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions
• Collaborate with developers, architects and business stakeholders globally
• Monitor platform performance and stability, maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles
• Support testing and user acceptance activities
• Promote adoption of ServiceNow best practices

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification required
• Fluent English and ability to work with global teams, sometimes overlapping with India business hours

Required skills

• ITSM, SPM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Virtual Agent, Now Assist
• JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, workflow automation
• Nice to have: CIS certifications (ITSM, SPM, ITOM, HRSD), ITOM and HRSD experience, Agile/Scrum, global enterprise experience
