Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to drive growth and engagement on our high‑visibility TikTok and Instagram channels in Brazil. The role blends strategy, content creation, and community management in a fast‑moving digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform‑specific content strategies for TikTok and Instagram.
• Create, schedule, and publish high‑quality posts while maintaining a structured content calendar.
• Identify trends, audience behaviours and viral opportunities to generate engaging short‑form videos and visual assets.
• Produce and edit short‑form videos using tools such as CapCut or similar.
• Design banners, graphics and branded memes with Canva or Photoshop.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise content based on engagement insights.
• Ensure all output aligns with brand identity, tone of voice and communication guidelines.
• Utilise scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Planoly, etc.) to manage workflow efficiently.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience growing TikTok and Instagram accounts with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, platform trends and best practices.
• Hands‑on experience creating and editing short‑form video content for TikTok and Reels.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high accountability.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail and strong visual storytelling.
