About the role

Hub is launching its Brazilian operations and needs a dynamic Social Media Manager to shape the brand’s presence on Instagram and TikTok. You will own the storytelling, creator collaborations, and community growth for a data‑infrastructure company that powers AI with real‑world human experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Grow Hub’s Instagram (primary) and TikTok accounts in Brazil, setting content rhythm and hitting engagement targets.
• Produce, schedule, and publish monthly content, turning contributor stories into compelling posts.
• Identify, brief, and manage local creators and agencies to generate authentic video assets.
• Monitor Brazilian internet trends, formats, and cultural moments, proposing timely content ideas.
• Collaborate daily with the global marketing lead while operating independently in the Brazilian market.

Required profile

• Based in São Paulo and able to work hybrid (office + field).
• Excellent written English; spoken English sufficient for calls.
• Hands‑on creator who can shoot and edit video when needed.
• Deep familiarity with Brazilian Instagram and TikTok culture.
• Comfortable reading analytics and interpreting performance data.
• Proactive idea generator who thrives without a fixed content calendar.
• Interest in AI and its societal impact.
