Social Media Manager – Remote

About the role

Team Liquid is seeking a remote Social Media Manager to lead real-time social coverage and community engagement across its esports titles, including Delta Force, Overwatch 2 and PUBG. The role combines live match updates, short-form video creation and ongoing brand-focused content to grow the audience on multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Execute live social coverage during matches, tournaments and events, delivering match updates, highlights and reactive content.
• Publish and manage posts on Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch and Discord, maintaining a consistent cadence.
• Create and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts using gameplay footage, Twitch clips and behind-the-scenes material.
• Develop evergreen and engagement-driven content aligned with gaming and esports communities.
• Adapt partnership, apparel and broader marketing campaign messaging into platform-native formats.
• Engage with fans and community members promptly and thoughtfully.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and identify opportunities to improve content reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams on campaign ideation and execution.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of social media management experience in esports, gaming, sports or entertainment.
• Familiarity with the ecosystems of Delta Force, Overwatch 2 and PUBG.
• Proven ability to create and edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong knowledge of gaming communities, internet culture, memes and platform trends.
• Experience using reporting and performance measurement tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment and work flexible schedules.
