Solution Architect – Enterprise Salesforce Solutions

About the role

The Solution Architect will join Salesforce's Cross Industries Solution Architecture team at the LATAM level, helping customers across multiple sectors design innovative, scalable, and value‑driven Salesforce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, shaping solution visions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end design of multi‑cloud Salesforce solutions, incorporating Customer 360, Agentforce, and AI‑powered tools.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, translate business requirements into scalable architectures, and produce detailed documentation.
• Provide hands‑on configuration and prototyping, ensure adherence to best practices and platform governance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, mentor junior architects and consultants, and support pre‑sales activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years delivering enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions in complex digital transformation programs.
• Proven experience in both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence C‑level executives.
• Advanced English; Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Salesforce Platform expertise – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and other clouds.
• Declarative development and solution architecture best practices.
• Agile frameworks – Scrum, Kanban.
• AI integration experience, especially with Agentforce.
• Consulting experience with customer‑facing engagements.
