Solution Architect – Salesforce Marketing Cloud

About the role

Join Salesforce as a Solution Architect focusing on Marketing Cloud projects. You will design and deliver end‑to‑end solutions that meet client requirements while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and design workshops to capture client needs and translate them into technical designs.
• Implement solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud components such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Marketing Cloud Advanced, Personalization, Data Cloud and Intelligence.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with external systems using APIs, AMPscript, SSJS, MuleSoft or custom ETL solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure high‑quality delivery and build trusted client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements.
• Experience delivering technical solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects.

Required skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration and custom development.
• Proficiency with AMPscript, SSJS and API integrations.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or custom ETL tools for data integration.
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Cloud and Personalization.
