Solutions Architect – Hybrid – Sao Paulo

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of cloud‑based platforms for a leading fintech company. The role involves end‑to‑end solution ownership, from discovery through deployment, and requires close collaboration with enterprise customers across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Provide architectural oversight for multiple concurrent implementations.
• Lead discovery sessions with customer stakeholders to define solution requirements.
• Design end‑to‑end architectures across SaaS platforms, APIs, middleware, CRM, eCommerce and Order Management systems.
• Ensure solution integrity and successful deployment of cloud‑based space planning and design platforms.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, presenting designs to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Technical Consultant in enterprise‑level software implementations.
• Expert knowledge of cloud‑based SaaS architecture and API integrations (REST, Web Services).
• Experience working with multi‑system ecosystems such as CRM, eCommerce, ERP and OMS.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to work across different time zones.
