Solutions Architect – Hybrid, São Paulo

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead end‑to‑end design and implementation of our cloud‑based platforms for a fast‑growing fintech client. The role involves shaping solution architecture across SaaS, API, CRM, eCommerce and order‑management ecosystems while ensuring technical integrity from discovery through deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full solution design lifecycle for multiple concurrent implementations.
• Conduct architectural discovery workshops with enterprise stakeholders.
• Design and document end‑to‑end architectures that integrate SaaS platforms, APIs, middleware, CRM, eCommerce, ERP and OMS.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance throughout implementation and deployment phases.
• Present solution designs clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Manage priorities across time zones and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Technical Consultant on enterprise‑level software projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent time‑management and prioritisation capabilities.
