Spanish Customer Support Specialist (Night shift)

About the role

Wise is looking for a bilingual Spanish‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join its Night Shift team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, chat and email, and helping them navigate international money transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, first‑contact support in English and Spanish across phone, chat and email.
• Resolve complex customer issues end‑to‑end while maintaining empathy and ownership.
• Meet performance targets such as resolution rate, quality scores and handling time.
• Maintain accurate records and follow security and data‑privacy procedures.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement.
• Utilise AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini) to enhance efficiency and problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer‑facing experience, preferably in fintech, banking or a global contact centre.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong judgment, communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to attend on‑site training in São Paulo for the first month.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑assisted tools such as ChatGPT or Google Gemini.
