Technical Architect

About the role

Join Salesforce as a Technical Architect focused on Marketing Cloud projects. You will design and deliver end‑to‑end solutions that meet client requirements while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and design workshops to capture client needs and translate them into technical designs.
• Implement solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Marketing Cloud Advanced, Personalization, Data Cloud and Intelligence.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with external systems using APIs, AMPscript, SSJS, MuleSoft or custom ETL solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure high‑quality technical delivery and build trusted client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Admin, Consultant, Personalization) preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Required skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration and custom development.
• Proficiency with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Data Cloud and Personalization tools.
• Scripting languages: AMPscript and Server‑Side JavaScript (SSJS).
• API integration experience, including MuleSoft or custom ETL solutions.
