Trade Marketing Manager – Commercial Focus

About the role

Keeta is looking for a highly driven Trade Marketing Manager with a strong commercial mindset to lead merchant growth initiatives across Brazil. You will act as the bridge between Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Merchant teams to boost merchant engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to acquire, activate, retain merchants and grow sales.
• Partner with Commercial and Sales teams to identify growth opportunities across cities, categories, and merchant segments.
• Design and launch commercial campaigns that increase platform GMV and improve merchant performance.
• Create trade programs, promotional mechanics, and incentive initiatives to drive merchant participation.
• Lead planning and execution of local and national trade campaigns, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Define and monitor KPIs for campaign effectiveness, merchant engagement, sales uplift, ROI and category growth.
• Conduct regular market visits, gather field insights and translate them into scalable commercial actions.

Required profile
