Training Manager – South LATAM (Beauty)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic and hands‑on Training Manager to lead education initiatives across South LATAM for Dolce & Gabbana Beauty. The role will elevate brand knowledge, retail excellence and client experience across fragrance, makeup and skincare categories, acting as the regional guardian of training excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the regional education strategy for distributors and travel‑retail markets, adapting global materials into locally relevant in‑person and digital modules.
• Develop and manage the regional training calendar, aligning with product launches and commercial priorities.
• Deliver high‑quality training across key markets, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Manage the regional training budget and allocate resources efficiently.
• Partner with fashion boutique teams to ensure training aligns with brand standards and enhances client experience.
• Act as the main education liaison for distributors, coaching local trainers and tracking KPIs such as sell‑out, engagement and certification rates.
• Serve as the regional expert on fragrance, makeup and skincare, leading training for product launches and elevating in‑store execution.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, communications, digital and trade‑marketing teams to maintain brand DNA across all touchpoints.
• Drive adoption of digital learning platforms, hybrid formats and share best‑in‑class practices across markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading education or training programs within the beauty industry.
• Strong strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution ability.
• Experience partnering with distributors and building capability within retail teams.
• Ability to adapt global training content to local market needs and cultural nuances.
• Track record of managing training budgets and measuring impact through KPIs.
