Account Manager – Mid-Market Sales (English/Portuguese)

About the role

Google is seeking an Account Manager to drive mid‑market sales for its Commerce solutions, serving clients in both English and Portuguese. You will combine a passion for sales with deep knowledge of online media to help businesses grow using Google’s advertising platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and influence key customer stakeholders through strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and KPIs.
• Translate customer objectives into actionable campaign strategies and drive exceptional campaign results.
• Build and pitch data‑driven solutions that maximize customer value across Google’s advertising products.
• Analyze campaign performance data, ensure accurate tracking, and deliver measurable results aligned with client objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics to extract insights, identify upsell opportunities, and build a robust sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
• Preferred: Master’s degree, experience in a complex matrixed organization, and at least 1 year managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
