About the role
We are looking for a dynamic leader to join our Commercial Team in São Paulo. As a Business Development Manager (Team Lead), you will drive growth by bringing our technology solutions to local restaurants, acting as the face of the brand on the ground.
Key responsibilities
- Own sales targets for São Paulo and create a local growth plan.
- Lead, coach, and support a field team, spending time on the ground to sharpen sales skills and close key deals.
- Monitor local market trends, neighborhood dynamics, and partner performance to identify expansion opportunities.
- Serve as the bridge between field insights and product/operations teams, helping improve tools for customers.
- Analyze performance data, turn successful strategies into best‑practice playbooks, and scale them across the region.
Required profile
- High energy and passion for seeing impact on the streets daily.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and restaurant ecosystems.
- Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
