Information Security Associate

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and motivated Information Security Associate to join our Global InfoSec team in Mexico. The role focuses on ensuring data‑security compliance and risk remediation across our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations. You will work on‑site with BPO partners to implement security governance, conduct audits and support incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security risk assessments and ensure compliance during BPO vendor onboarding.
• Perform comprehensive security audits and data‑clearing checks during off‑boarding to prevent data leakage.
• Execute regular on‑site information‑security checks covering physical, network and PC security.
• Drive enhancements of internal and external security capabilities and oversee remediation of identified risks.
• Manage account permissions for BPO staff, monitor abnormal behaviours and enforce security policies.
• Provide identity‑management support and respond to security incidents.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on infosec projects, assist in platform upgrades and ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
