Legal Support Roles – Attorneys, Case Managers & Admin Assistants

About the role

An American law firm is expanding its Brazil‑based support team and seeks English‑fluent professionals to work on U.S. cases and client communications. The firm offers full‑time positions for licensed attorneys, case managers and administrative assistants in a fast‑paced legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, proofread and file legal documents such as notices, subpoenas and correspondence.
• Maintain and organize electronic case files and support case‑management workflows.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate communications with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, outside counsel and court personnel.
• Obtain client signatures on legal and medical authorization forms.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation and general legal administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Fluent English (minimum 9/10 proficiency); resume and application must be in English.
• Attorneys: valid OAB license (Brazil).
• Case managers / administrative assistants: college degree or at least three years of relevant office experience.
• Strong communication, professional phone etiquette and high attention to detail.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with legal case management software (a plus).

• Hybrid work model – up to four remote days per month.
• Salary paid in U.S. dollars (USD 800‑1,600 per month depending on experience).
• Performance‑based bonuses and additional pay for U.S. law‑firm experience.
