Project Manager

About the role

As a key member of the Implementation Team, you will lead software implementation projects for high‑impact client accounts across North America and Latin America. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and global cross‑functional teams to ensure clear plans, smooth execution, and lasting client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, aligning internal teams and client stakeholders on outcomes, scope, timelines, and success measures.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while keeping teams aligned and unblocked.
• Build and maintain project plans that clarify milestones, dependencies, risks, and ownership across internal and external partners.
• Manage changes to scope, timeline, and cost with clear communication and thoughtful prioritization to protect delivery and client experience.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks early, driving timely decisions and issue resolution to keep implementations moving forward.
• Use project management tools and reporting to track progress, measure performance, and provide transparent milestone updates.
• Create and maintain project documentation, capturing decisions, action items, and key deliverables for continuity and clarity.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, contributing to process improvements that strengthen execution and operational excellence.

Required profile

• 2+ years of formal project management experience, with a track record of driving initiatives from planning through execution.
• PMP certification or other relevant certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with emotional intelligence to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical and problem‑solving strength, with sound judgment in navigating complexity, identifying risks, and resolving issues.
• Relationship‑building skills to establish trust, stay composed under pressure, and address client concerns professionally.
