AI Builder Intern

About the role

Salesforce is looking for AI Builder Interns to join its first‑of‑its‑kind AI Builder cohort. You will work alongside customer‑facing teams in São Paulo, designing, building, and testing AI‑driven solutions for Fortune 500 companies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate in a cross‑functional builder pod to develop AI agents that perform real actions for live customers.
• Experiment with prompts, reasoning, and tool calls on the Agentforce platform, testing and iterating on solutions.
• Translate business challenges into AI‑driven ideas, prototype them, and present results to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field, graduating between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Curiosity about AI with hands‑on experience using large language models or prompting.
• Experience building and debugging projects in at least one programming language and comfortable working with APIs.
• Strong communication, willingness to ask questions, take feedback, and collaborate in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of APIs.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
