About the role
Salesforce is seeking a visionary Enterprise Architect to lead strategic architecture engagements with Fortune 1000 customers, focusing on AI, Agentforce, Data Cloud and digital transformation on the Salesforce Platform.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with CIOs, CTOs and Chief Architects to define scalable architectural patterns for end‑to‑end Salesforce implementations, including AI, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds and integration technologies.
- Lead modernization efforts that bridge legacy systems with cloud‑native infrastructure and AI services, and champion trusted AI to automate decision‑making and personalize experiences at scale.
- Establish and grow a global community of Salesforce architects, sharing best practices, patterns and platform innovations across customers, system integrators and ISVs.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap and publish blueprints, transformation guides and reference models.
- Design and govern Agentforce architectures, including multi‑agent orchestration, lifecycle management and AI governance frameworks for responsible, compliant AI adoption.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, platform strategy or technical advisory roles with a focus on cloud transformation and AI integration.
- Proven track record of executive engagement and influence with C‑level leaders at Fortune 1000 companies.
- Hands‑on knowledge of AI/ML technologies, predictive modeling, large language models, automation and ethical AI practices.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI and Industry Cloud implementations at global scale.
