Authorization, Authentication and Fraud Specialist Principal – Strategy & Transformation

About the role

The Principal will lead the development and scaling of Advisors solutions in the areas of authorization, authentication and fraud. This senior consulting position supports global business development, creates high‑impact content, and serves as a trusted advisor to C‑suite clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop consultative packages and content aligned with Mastercard’s strategic priorities and regional client needs.
• Support regional pipeline development, deal closing, and preparation of high‑impact client communications.
• Create case studies, training materials, and thought‑leadership assets to enhance sales cycles and client engagements.
• Own senior client relationships, providing expertise in authorization, authentication and fraud to drive commercial success.

Required profile

• Extensive payments industry experience in a consulting management role with deep knowledge of cards, authentication, authorization and fraud.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, financial acumen, and proven leadership in delivering client value.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese and eligibility to work in Brazil.
