Chief Financial Officer

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will be a commercially astute and strategic finance leader for dnata Brazil, driving financial strategy, enhancing performance and supporting sustainable growth. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the executive leadership team, the CFO will provide insight, challenge and direction to improve profitability and enable informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, long‑term planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance, compliance, risk management and effective capital allocation.
• Oversee financing, liquidity, cash flow, working capital, revenue assurance, billing accuracy and collections.
• Strengthen FP&A capabilities with credible forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Provide commercial insight and challenge on pricing, cost drivers and performance improvement initiatives.
• Lead funding, treasury activities and support commercial negotiations.
• Build and develop a high‑performing finance function through talent development, digitalisation and process standardisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• 10+ years progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive finance role.
• Professional accounting qualification.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Experience leading large, complex, multi‑site organisations.
• Edge: MBA or MSc in Finance, or experience in aviation/airport operations.
