Clinical Research Administrative Assistant (Disability Inclusive)

About the role

iQVIA is looking for an administrative assistant for clinical research in São Paulo, working with Clinical Research Associates and the Regulatory and Start-Up teams to deliver a complete and accurate Trial Master File. The position is part of a talent pool for people with disabilities; candidates outside this group are invited to look at other iQVIA vacancies.

Key responsibilities

• Help Clinical Research Associates and the Regulatory and Start-Up team keep clinical documents and systems (such as the Trial Master File) up to date and accurate, tracking site compliance and performance within project timelines.
• Prepare, handle, distribute, file and archive clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures.
• Review study files periodically for completeness.
• Help prepare, handle and distribute clinical trial supplies and maintain tracking information.
• Track and manage Case Report Forms, queries and clinical data flow.
• Act as the central contact for the clinical team on project communications, correspondence and related documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, ideally, though not mandatory.
• Ideally 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment, or an equivalent mix of education, training and experience; other administrative experience is highly valued.
• Upper-intermediate English.
• Hybrid role: offices are in São Paulo, SP.

Required skills

• Excel knowledge is highly appreciated.
