Content Manager Brazil

About the role

ARQ is a fast-growing fintech that builds the infrastructure for moving value across borders. It is looking for a Content Manager based in Sao Paulo to produce 2-4 videos per week, independently, about the main use cases in Brazil such as travel, wealth, remote work and new products.

Key responsibilities

• Generate the idea and script for each video
• Produce the content independently, with high quality and an organic feel, not like an ad
• Edit all video assets delivered
• Stay on top of social media trends to generate new ideas and videos
• Deliver premium-quality visuals, ideally from a filmmaker or creator background
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to test and iterate creative pieces

Required profile

• Proven experience creating video content (content creator, filmmaker, etc.)
• A portfolio showing organic or branded content with high production value
• Understanding of Brazilian digital culture (trends, humor, language)
• Ability to create ideas and scripts, produce high-quality content independently and edit with a high aesthetic standard
• Good to have: filming with both camera and iPhone; ability to scale volume by leading or hiring UGC creators and agencies; clear understanding of the affluent Brazilian user
