Marketing Analyst - Biosimilars

About the role

A Celltrion Group subsidiary provides biosimilar and innovative biotherapeutic medicines to increase patient access to advanced therapies worldwide, offering products to about 110 countries and more than 30 global partners. It is hiring a generalist Marketing Analyst in Sao Paulo to work across institutional, product, digital marketing, events and communication in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation, development and review of marketing materials and content
• Take part in organizing events and training, in person and online
• Complete approval forms for activities and events in English and Portuguese
• Monitor the department's invoice payment flow: register suppliers and track invoices until payment
• Update company information on the website and social media
• Develop templates and controls, research and negotiate budgets, and assist in budget control
• Control inventory of materials and promotional items and operate the PromoMats tool
• Support the Sales team and contact suppliers, associations and advertising agencies

Required profile

• At least 3 years of marketing experience; pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Publicity preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented, hands-on and able to multitask, with excellent verbal and written communication
