About the role

We are looking for a Content Processing Specialist to join a global team that safeguards digital communities for leading brands. Working remotely from Brazil, you will review, analyze, and respond to user‑generated content across multiple platforms, ensuring a safe and positive online environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate comments, reviews, and user‑generated content according to established guidelines.
• Analyze customer feedback and decide on moderation actions, responses, or escalations.
• Engage with users through public comments, private messages, chat, email, and app‑store reviews while maintaining brand tone.
• Identify trends, recurring themes, and sentiment patterns in text and multimedia content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align community standards with brand values.
• Provide regular updates to managers and contribute ideas to improve moderation processes.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented professional with strong judgment and empathy.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle high‑volume environments and sensitive conversations.
• Experience in content moderation, community management, or customer support.
