Cybersecurity Specialist – DLP Expert

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to lead Data Loss Prevention (DLP) initiatives within its Data Cybersecurity team. The role focuses on protecting sensitive information across global environments, ensuring compliance, and strengthening data protection capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and support the enterprise DLP strategy and roadmap.
• Design end‑to‑end data protection architecture for cloud, SaaS, endpoints, and network layers.
• Act as subject‑matter expert and advisor to cybersecurity leadership.
• Deploy and optimise Microsoft Purview and Netskope DLP solutions.
• Develop detection rules for PII, financial, and industrial data.
• Lead incident analysis and response for data‑leakage scenarios.
• Contribute to governance frameworks, policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive automation, analytics, and AI adoption to improve DLP effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology‑related field or equivalent.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to work onsite in Betim, Brazil.
• Experience in global or regulated environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft Purview DLP and Information Protection.
• Netskope DLP or Secure Service Edge (SSE) platforms.
• Data classification and labeling strategies.
• Structured and unstructured data protection techniques.
• Detection technologies such as EDM, OCR, machine learning, and fingerprinting.
• Automation and AI‑driven cybersecurity solutions.
