Data Management Analyst (Insurance Experience) - Remote

About the role

FBS (Farmer Business Services), part of Farmers' talent acquisition, is hiring a Data Management Analyst with insurance experience, working remotely. The role covers the collection, preparation and reporting of statistical data, with technical support for the tools and analytic processes used for property and casualty insurance lines across the Farmers enterprise. Capgemini acts as Employer of Record, handling payroll and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with Regulatory Affairs, actuaries, accountants, product managers and IT staff about data and business requirements for new reports, applications, regulatory data calls and data requests.
• Collect and organise statistical data for internal and external reporting, and evaluate it for consistency, completeness, accuracy and reasonableness.
• Develop and prepare reports from various information sources.
• Maintain and support existing tools and applications used for information analysis.
• Maintain and update information needed for the data dictionary and other metadata.
• Promote safety and comply with safety and ergonomic standards set out in company manuals.

Required profile

• Experience of 4-6 years.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Required skills

• PC proficiency, including word processing and spreadsheets (intermediate).
• Power BI (intermediate).
• Preferred: Excel (intermediate).
• Office Suite (intermediate).
