Full Stack Engineer – Ruby on Rails & React

About the role

As an early software engineer you will help build a modern SaaS platform that enables consumer‑goods brands to manage lab testing and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with the founding engineer and customers, shaping the product from its first lines of code to a production‑ready service.

Key responsibilities

• Build a modern SaaS platform to help CPG brands manage lab testing and compliance.
• Collaborate with the founding engineer and customers to design and refine the platform.
• Make architecture decisions and evaluate technical trade‑offs.
• Implement security best practices to protect data and application integrity.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑stack development experience with a bias to action in early‑stage environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Passion for transparency in the food system and alignment with the mission.
