Full‑Stack Engineer

About the role

We are building Shadow, an AI coordination layer for marketing teams, and need a Full‑Stack Engineer to own end‑to‑end feature development and integrate AI/ML services. The role is fully remote, supporting an EST‑based team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale full‑stack features from database schema to React components.
• Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs, data pipelines, and distributed services on Google Cloud Platform.
• Integrate, prompt, and debug large language models and generative AI tools, including RAG and fine‑tuning pipelines.
• Ensure seamless interoperability between front‑end and back‑end, optimizing data flow and enforcing contracts.
• Collaborate with product, research, design, and infrastructure teams to define requirements and ship production‑grade code.
• Monitor performance, reliability, and security, and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full‑stack ownership.
• Deep expertise in Python, Node.js, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands‑on experience with GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and high‑traffic systems.
• Proven track record integrating AI/ML models (LLMs, NLP, RAG) into production.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a product‑focused mindset.
