About the role
State Street is seeking a senior leader to head sales and relationship management across Latin America. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Growth Markets, you will deliver a unified State Street experience to our most important institutional clients, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and penetrate new prospect organisations, building senior‑level relationships and generating growth opportunities.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead generation, client meetings, qualification and RFP completion.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of new clients, accelerate sales cycles and achieve revenue targets.
- Engage client C‑suite regularly to align State Street’s strategy with client objectives.
- Develop and communicate a joint strategic agenda that maximises client value.
- Own the client relationship as a business, including P&L responsibility.
- Manage strategic change‑management requests, providing analysis, costing and prioritisation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute client account plans and service measurement programs.
Required profile
- Strategic and proactive mindset with a track record of senior‑level relationship building.
- Experience leading integrated, global virtual teams across sales and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of institutional investor needs and the ability to translate them into solutions.
- Proven ability to manage P&L and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills with C‑suite executives.
