Lead Full Stack Engineer

About the role

As a Lead Fullstack Engineer you will own the technical direction of one or more initiatives, architecting the stack and writing clean, production‑ready code. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to turn ideas into shipped products while helping shape the startup’s culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with startup founders to build MVPs for client projects.
• Develop internal AI tools that improve our own workflows.
• Participate in hiring by interviewing and evaluating future candidates.
• Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering team growth and technical excellence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including leading projects or people.
• Proven end‑to‑end product development from concept to production.
• Growth mindset with the ability to quickly learn new languages and frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with frontend technologies (TypeScript, React) and backend technologies (TypeScript or Python, Node.js or FastAPI).
• Hands‑on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Ability to accurately estimate timelines and scope.
